You apply to join the Roadoram network as an independent business, not as an employee, agent, or representative of Roadoram. You choose your own hours, set your own pricing, use your own tools and equipment, and are not required to work exclusively with Roadoram.
Roadoram connects your business with customers who need roadside assistance and coordinates that connection. Roadoram does not direct how you perform your work, does not set the price you charge the customer, and does not collect payment for the service itself on your behalf — you bill and collect from the customer directly. Roadoram may charge a dispatch fee for the connection, per the fee schedule shown to you at the time of each offer.
Roadoram may verify your application, request proof of applicable insurance and licensing, and remove your business from the network for safety complaints, expired documentation, or a pattern of declined or unfulfilled offers. This is quality-based network management, not performance management of you or your individual technicians.
